Nose: Intense, elegant and complex with notes of small black fruits, rhubarb,chocolate and incense.

Taste: Excellent impact with a velvety harmony, silky and fresh, long-lasting persistence

Accompaniment: Agnolotti with meat sauce, tagliolini with porcini mushroom, stew lamb and ripened cheeses
